Please note that Premium Economy Class meals are provided in accordance with the catering design of the actual operating flight segment. In addition, as First Class meals require advance preparation and customization, they may be replaced with Business Class meals if First Class tickets are purchased within 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

The Galactic Wi-Fi connections may be affected by weather, airspace regulations, satellite signals, equipment updates or technical issues and may not be able to provide service. If you use the complimentary Wi-Fi plan, there is no refund value nor compensation. If you purchase the Galactic Wi-Fi plan but do not use it, we will refund the fee following relevant regulations.
