Please assure that tags or identification labels are attached to each piece of your baggage.
Our check-in counters provide name tags to be filled out in English and attached to baggage.
Please refer to your ticket for your free checked baggage allowance. If your checked baggage exceeds the allowance, an excess baggage charge will be collected.
To comply with flight safety and security and cabin regulations, carry-on baggage is restricted in quantity, size, and weight.
If your itinerary includes a transit, please advise our check-in staff to check if your baggage can be checked through to the destination. For more details, please refer to Carry-on Baggage.
If required, security, customs, or other government officials may examine your baggage.
