Flight Status Change Notification for Passengers Departure to/from MFM & Handling Guideline for Bookings change (Latest update)

Due to the spread of COVID-19, STARLUX flights to/from Macau  have been adjusted as follows, (Flight Status)

1. Eligibility

  • For passengers holding valid STARLUX (JX) tickets (excluding discount tickets and group fare tickets) issued on/before 26FEB20 for travel during 24JAN~31MAY20 with confirmed bookings to/from Macau. The application must be submitted before original booked flight on/before 31MAY20 so as to avoid paying the no-show penalty. 
     

2. Rebooking/Reissue 

  • As noted above, the rebooking/reissuing fee can be waived once . Please remark “INVOL REISU DUE TO MFM FLT IRR” in the endorsement box when entering FE element.
  • Ticket within validity could change the flight or departure date (same booking class, same routing) to same destination. Any fare/tax differences incurred by rebooking shall be paid by passengers.
  • The prepaid ancillary service such as Seat selection, STARLUX Wi-Fi or Prepaid Additional Baggage may vary and is subject to the availability on rebooking a preferred flight. Please check with STARLUX AIRLINES Customer Service Center .
  • For tickets purchased via travel agencies, please contact the original issuing agency for rebooking and ticket change.
     

3. Refund

  • If due to circumstances listed above, passengers can have the flight ticket refunded free of charge. For tickets purchased via STARLUX's official website or App, please contact STARLUX AIRLINES Customer Service Center. (Refund application)
  • The prepaid ancillary service such as Seat selection, STARLUX Wi-Fi or Prepaid Additional Baggage can get a full refund.
  • For tickets purchased via travel agencies, please contact the original issuing agency for ticket refund.
     

4. Non-Applicable

  • Discount ticket (ID/AD/DM) is not applicable to this guideline, please contact STARLUX AIRLINES Customer Service Center.
  • Group passenger, please contact your travel agency.
