STARLUX Flights Status Change Notification & Handling Guideline for Bookings Change
- Eligibility
- For passengers holding valid STARLUX (JX) tickets (excluding discount tickets and group fare tickets) for travel on flights operated by STARLUX (JX) but impacted by flight disruptions (not include aircraft change). The application must be submitted before your original flight date to avoid incurring a no-show fee.
- Rebooking/ Reissue
- A ticket within validity could change the flight or departure date (with same RBD, booking class and same routing should be same booking class code) to flight that is within 14 days before or after the original departure date.
- As noted above, the fare/tax differences and rebooking/reissuing fee can be waived once conditions should have once free service charge of rebooking and reissuing.
- The ancillary service such as Seat Selection, Prepaid Galactic Wi-Fi, or Prepaid Additional Baggage may vary and is subject to the availability of rebooking a preferred flight which cannot be guaranteed to change to the new reservation. For further information, please check with STARLUX Customer Service Center.
- For flight tickets purchased via travel agencies, please contact the original issuing travel agency for rebooking and ticket change.
- Refund
- If due to the circumstances listed above, passengers can have the flight ticket refunded free of charge. For tickets purchased via STARLUX's official website or App, please contact STARLUX Customer Service Center. (Refund Application)
- The ancillary service such as Seat Selection, Prepaid Galactic Wi-Fi, or Prepaid Additional Baggage can get a full refund.
- For tickets purchased via travel agencies, please contact the original issuing agency for a ticket refund.
- Non-Applicable
- Discount ticket (ID/AD/DM) is not applicable to this guideline, please contact STARLUX Customer Service Center.
