– Bonus miles can be combined with base mileage accrual and tier bonus miles.

Notes

  • Members must provide a valid COSMILE membership number at the time of booking. Successful mileage retroactive credit requests will also qualify for the bonus miles under this promotion.
  • Bonus Miles will be credited upon completion of travel and will be calculated together with the base miles earned from the eligible flight. The total mileage will be reflected in the member's account.
  • Currently, bookings for round-trip flights on the Taichung–Sapporo (RMQ–CTS) route are available only for flights departing between October 2 and October 24, 2026. Flights between October 25 and October 31, 2026, will be opened for booking once the schedule becomes available. Eligible members who purchase tickets and complete travel on these flights will also qualify for the bonus miles offered under this promotion.
  • STARLUX Airlines reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time.

  • The upgrade offer is applicable only to flights with STARLUX Airlines flight numbers and operated by STARLUX Airlines. Passenger must hold a ticket issued in “Basic” or “Full” fare products to request upgrade award.
  • Eligible passengers may request an upgrade through the Online Upgrade section after logging in to their membership account. Certain booking types may not be eligible for online upgrades, such as tickets purchased through travel agencies or reservations containing specific special service requests. Please refer to the Online Upgrade section for actual eligibility. If you are unable to complete the upgrade online, please contact the STARLUX Airlines Customer Service Center for assistance.
  • If changes are made to an upgraded booking, the new flight must follow the original eligibility criteria, including travel period, route, and fare class, in order to retain the original mileage requirement. Otherwise, any unused miles will be refunded, and a new redemption will be required based on the mileage level applicable at the time of the change.

  • The mileage redemption standard is only applicable for online redemption through the STARLUX Airlines official website / APP, and is only valid for one-way or round-trip tickets between Taiwan and the aforementioned destinations.​
  • The promotion is not applicable for itineraries with stopovers, open-jaws, connecting flights, or combinations of different cabin classes. The request to change routes and cabin classes after tickets are issued will not be accepted. ​
  • Passengers may contact STARLUX customer service for below circumstances and the original redemption standard will be followed.​
    (1) Passengers want to retain the flexibility of changing routes.​
    (2) Passengers want to redeem the award tickets for routes combination that cannot be found online, or the itineraries with stopovers, open-jaws, connecting flights, or combinations of different cabin classes.​
