Notes

  • Members must provide a valid COSMILE membership number at the time of booking. Successful mileage retroactive credit requests will also qualify for the bonus miles under this promotion.
  • The bonus Tier Mileage will be credited together with the regular eligible mileage after the qualifying flight segment has been completed and will be reflected in the member's account.
  • Tier Miles are used to determine eligibility for membership tier upgrades and renewals, while Award Miles may be redeemed for award tickets, cabin upgrades, and other mileage redemption rewards. Please note that the bonus miles offered under this promotion apply to Tier Miles only and do not include Award Miles.
  • Tier mileage accrual is applicable only to flights marketed under a STARLUX Airlines (JX) flight number and operated by STARLUX Airlines or its partner airlines.

Route Launch COSMILE Member Bonus Miles Promotion

Notes

Flights between October 25 and October 31, 2026, will be opened for booking once the schedule becomes available. Eligible members who purchase tickets and complete travel on these flights will also qualify for the bonus miles offered under this promotion.

Notes for Upgrade Award Offer

  • The upgrade offer is applicable only to flights with STARLUX Airlines flight numbers and operated by STARLUX Airlines. Passenger must hold a ticket issued in “Basic” or “Full” fare products to request upgrade award.
  • Eligible passengers may request an upgrade through the Online Upgrade section after logging in to their membership account. Certain booking types may not be eligible for online upgrades, such as tickets purchased through travel agencies or reservations containing specific special service requests. Please refer to the Online Upgrade section for actual eligibility. If you are unable to complete the upgrade online, please contact the STARLUX Airlines Customer Service Center for assistance.
  • If changes are made to an upgraded booking, the new flight must follow the original eligibility criteria, including travel period, route, and fare class, in order to retain the original mileage requirement. Otherwise, any unused miles will be refunded, and a new redemption will be required based on the mileage level applicable at the time of the change.
  • STARLUX reserves the right to adjust the seats for upgrade award subject to the reservation of each flight. For example, seats for upgrade awards might not be available on some flights while the seats for other fare products remain available.

Notes for Award Ticket Mileage Offer

  • The mileage redemption standard is only applicable for online redemption through the STARLUX Airlines official website / APP, and is only valid for one-way or round-trip tickets between Taiwan and the aforementioned destinations.​
  • The promotion is not applicable for itineraries with stopovers, open-jaws, connecting flights, or combinations of different cabin classes. The request to change routes and cabin classes after tickets are issued will not be accepted. ​
  • Passengers may contact STARLUX customer service for below circumstances and the original redemption standard will be followed.​
    (1) Passengers want to retain the flexibility of changing routes.​
    (2) Passengers want to redeem the award tickets for routes combination that cannot be found online, or the itineraries with stopovers, open-jaws, connecting flights, or combinations of different cabin classes.​
