  • The promotion is not applicable for itineraries with stopovers, open-jaws, connecting flights, or combinations of different cabin classes. The request to change routes and cabin classes after tickets are issued will not be accepted. ​
  • Passengers may contact STARLUX customer service for below circumstances and the original redemption standard will be followed.​
    (1) Passengers want to retain the flexibility of changing routes.​

Otherwise, any unused miles will be refunded, and a new redemption will be required based on the mileage level applicable at the time of the change.
