As the inflight meals of First-Class are prepared and customized in advance, please note that they may be replaced with Business-Class meals if you purchase First-Class tickets within 24 hours prior to the flight departure time. We regret for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
The Galactic Wi-Fi connections may be affected by weather, airspace regulations, satellite signals, equipment updates or technical issues and may not be able to provide service. If you use the complimentary Wi-Fi plan, there is no refund value nor compensation. If you purchase the Galactic Wi-Fi plan but do not use it, we will refund the fee following relevant regulations.
