Notes

  • "Online Refund" function is only available for tickets purchased through STARLUX Website or App, where all segments are operated by STARLUX Airlines only and have not been modified.
  • For tickets purchased through a travel agency, please contact the travel agency directly for refund requests.
  • If you have already completed online check-in, please visit the "Online Check-in" page to cancel your check-in before proceeding with an online refund.
  • "Online Refund" function is only applicable to all passengers listed under the same booking record. If only some passengers in the booking need to request a refund, please use the "Refund Application" instead.
  • For conditions where the "Online Refund" function is not applicable, please refer to FAQ - Ticket Change & Refund.
