"Online Refund" function is only available for tickets purchased through STARLUX Website or App, where all segments are operated by STARLUX Airlines only and have not been modified.
For tickets purchased through a travel agency, please contact the travel agency directly for refund requests.
If you have already completed online check-in, please visit the "Online Check-in" page to cancel your check-in before proceeding with an online refund.
"Online Refund" function is only applicable to all passengers listed under the same booking record. If only some passengers in the booking need to request a refund, please use the "Refund Application" instead.
