- Payment must be made with a CIMB credit or debit card issued in Malaysia.
- All booking must be made on STARLUX website/mobile app. CIMB cardholders are required to enter the promotional code before checkout to enjoy the discounted air tickets.
- Offer is valid for STARLUX Airlines round-trip or one-way flights originating from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to destinations operated by STARLUX Airlines in Taiwan, North America (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Ontario, Phoenix).
- Offer is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers, promotional campaigns or gift certificate redemption.
- The promo code is only applicable for Economy class fare products only.
- Offer cannot be used on multi-city/stopover bookings.
- Promo code is not applicable for children and infant fare.
- The promo code is valid only within the applicable issuance period. Booking and ticket issuance must be completed within this period to enjoy the discount.
- Service fee and fare/tax difference shall be collected based on the rules of purchased fare products for ticket changes. If the new itinerary is not eligible for the discount or if the promotion has ended, the related charges shall be subject to the fares without discount.
