As the inflight meals of First-Class are prepared and customized in advance, please note that they may be replaced with Business-Class meals if you purchase First-Class tickets within 24 hours prior to the flight departure time. We regret for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
The Galactic Wi-Fi connections may be affected by weather, airspace regulations, satellite signals, equipment updates or technical issues and may not be able to provide service. If you use the complimentary Wi-Fi plan, there is no refund value nor compensation. If you purchase the Galactic Wi-Fi plan but do not use it, we will refund the fee following relevant regulations.
STARLUX Airlines provides onboard and other ancillary services (including seat selection, meals, pre-paid baggage, and duty-free items) exclusively on international flights/routes/sectors operated by STARLUX Airlines. For services on flights operated by other airlines, please contact the operating airline directly. We recommend confirming the flight schedule with the operating airline before your journey begins.
