"Change Flight" function is only available for tickets purchased through STARLUX Website or App, where the entire itinerary remains unused and all segments are operated by STARLUX Airlines. Tickets modified by STARLUX Customer Service Center or Airport Counter are not eligible for this function.
For tickets purchased through a travel agency, please contact the travel agency for change requests.
"Change Flight" function must be completed at least 1 hour before the scheduled departure time of the original flight. If you have already checked in online, please visit the "Online Check-in" to cancel before proceeding with the flight change.
This service allows passengers to modify travel dates or choose a different flight on the same route. If you wish to change the routing or cabin class, please contact STARLUX Customer Service Center.
"Change Flight" function is only applicable to all passengers listed under the same booking record. If only some passengers on the booking need to change their flights, please contact STARLUX Customer Service Center for assistance.
Only a single credit card with 3D Secure authentication is accepted for payment. To pay with different credit cards for different passengers, please contact STARLUX Customer Service Center for flight change requests.
