  1. This Refund Application is applicable for tickets or ancillaries purchased from STARLUX Customer Service Center and Airport Counter. For tickets purchased from a travel agency, please contact the travel agency for assistance.
  2. Tickets purchased from STARLUX Website/App that are not eligible for "Online Refund" can also be processed through this Refund Application.
  3. Unused “Prepaid Galactic Wi-Fi” and “Prepaid Additional Baggage” could be refunded through this application. However, the seat selection fee is non-refundable once the purchase is complete.
  4. A No-Show fee will be charged based on rules of the purchased fare product upon refund request for passengers who do not show up for their flight nor cancel the itinerary before the scheduled departure time.
  5. The ticket's remaining value will be refunded after deducting the fare, tax from the used portion, and any applicable service charges. In cases where no remaining value exists, a refund will be issued for the unused tax only. For tickets involving a mix of fare products, the most restrictive fare rules and fees will apply. For instance, if a ticket combines Full and Basic fare products, the fee aligned with the Basic fare product will be collected. For additional details, please consult the "Fare Product" section.
  6. For flight tickets to or from the U.S. that are purchased through the STARLUX Website/App, Customer Service Center, or Airport Counter, if the booking is made 7 days (168 hours) or more prior to the scheduled departure time, customers are allowed to cancel the reservation within 24 hours of making the booking and receive a full refund without any penalties.
  7. The refund value will be computed based on the exchange rate of submission date, and it will only be credited back to the credit card or bank account used for the purchase in the original currency.
  8. Only mileage that is still valid when applying for refund will be credited back to the COSMILE account for the totally unused ticket that is partially or fully paid with COSMILE mileages.
  9. STARLUX Airlines will complete the refund within 20 business days after receiving a successful refund application. Note that the time required for the actual refund to reach your account will still depend on the terms and conditions of each bank. If the credit card used for this purchase is cancelled or lost, please contact your credit card issuing bank for further assistance after refunding​.
