Booking Instructions: Visit the official BIG BUS TOURS website, select your preferred eligible product, and click “BUY NOW”. Choose your travel date and number of passengers, then proceed to the payment page. Click “Got a code”, enter the promo code “JXBIGBUS20” in the field under “Add a promotional code”, and click “APPLY DISCOUNT” to receive your 20% discount.
All confirmed bookings are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances: BIG BUS TOURS is completely unable to operate due to extreme weather conditions or internal closures; the customer is unable to attend due to flight cancellations, health issues, or personal circumstances supported by appropriate proof. Customers should email their booking details along with the reason for refund or cancellation to infohk@bigbustours.com.
This offer cannot be redeemed for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.

The promo code is appliable for a maximum of 9 travelers per booking under in same route and travel period.
The promo code must be added while booking to enjoy the discount. Please note that the discount condition shall not be applied or modified against a completed booking.
The promo code is only available on STARLUX website/mobile app and applies only to fares. Discount does not apply to surcharges, taxes, and other charges. Please note fare may include non-discountable surcharges added on the selected flight and date.
The promo code only applies to round-trip and one-way; stopovers and open-jaw are not eligible.
The promo code can only be used on STARLUX Airlines operated international flights.
The promo code only applies to adult fares and child fares.
The promo code is valid for D, E, V, S, N, Q class fares. Seats are limited and are subject to availability of the relevant booking class. For details about the relevant classes, please refer to fare product description.
Service fee and fare/tax difference shall be collected based on the rules of purchased fare products for ticket changes. If the new itinerary is not eligible for the discount or if the promotion has ended, the related charges shall be subject to the fares without discount
The offer is only applicable to valid HSBC credit cards issued in Hong Kong.
Customers must settle the payment with the corresponding credit discount option to enjoy the offer.
Discount is applied on fare selection and will show "Promocode applied" under Payment Details in the final receipt.
The above stated and all other related but not stated shall be subject to STARLUX Conditions of Carriage and fare rules of the purchased fare products.
