Notes for Miles and Cash Redemption Offer​

  • COSMILE members must log in and deduct mileage upon purchasing fare products with STARLUX Airlines flight numbers and operated by STARLUX Airlines on the STARLUX Website/App.
  • The deductible mileage will be subject to the selected fare product and the award mileage balance of the logged-in COSMILE account upon purchasing tickets.
  • Tickets purchased outside the applicable ticketing dates mentioned above will be subject to the original Miles and Cash redemption standards.
  • All other matters not covered about shall be subject to the Miles and Cash page. STARLUX Airlines reserves the right to update the regulation of this program on our website without prior notice.

During the promotion period, passengers purchasing Basic or Full Fare tickets may redeem as few as 8,000 miles for a one-way cabin upgrade, elevating their flying experience.

Notes for Upgrade Award Offer

  • The upgrade offer is applicable only to flights with STARLUX Airlines flight numbers and operated by STARLUX Airlines. Passenger must hold a ticket issued in “Basic” or “Full” fare products to request upgrade award.
  • Eligible passengers may request an upgrade through the Online Upgrade section after logging in to their membership account. Certain booking types may not be eligible for online upgrades, such as tickets purchased through travel agencies or reservations containing specific special service requests. Please refer to the Online Upgrade section for actual eligibility. If you are unable to complete the upgrade online, please contact the STARLUX Airlines Customer Service Center for assistance.
  • If changes are made to an upgraded booking, the new flight must follow the original eligibility criteria, including travel period, route, and fare class, in order to retain the original mileage requirement. Otherwise, any unused miles will be refunded, and a new redemption will be required based on the mileage level applicable at the time of the change.
  • STARLUX reserves the right to adjust the seats for upgrade award subject to the reservation of each flight. For example, seats for upgrade awards might not be available on some flights while the seats for other fare products remain available.
  • Apart from the redemption methods and usage regulations mentioned above, all other matters not covered above shall be subject to "COSMILE Program”
