Online Refund

Notes

  1. Online Refund is only available for ticket that is purchased through STARLUX Website/App and has not been modified. For tickets purchased through travel agency, please contact the travel agency for refund.
  2. Online Refund will apply to all passengers under the same booking. Please visit "Refund Application" to request a refund for part of the passengers only. To secure the privacy of passengers, the contact person of the booking is required to complete identity verification via SMS or e-mail upon logging in to Online Refund.
  3. The remaining value of the ticket will be refunded after deducting the fare and tax of the used ticket portion and any applicable service charges. STARLUX Airlines will credit the refund amount back to the paid credit card or bank account in the original currency within 20 business days after receiving a successful refund application. For the refund procedure of tickets with flights to or from the U.S., please refer to "Customer Service Plan - Refund Process". For fare product that is non-refundable or has no refund value after aforementioned computation, only unused tax will be refunded. Note that the time required for the actual refund to reach your account will still depend on the terms and conditions of each bank.
  4. Tickets requesting refunds within 4 hours after the flight departure, on the same day as ticket purchase or paid by COSMILE mileage, are not eligible for Online Refund. Please visit "Refund Application" to request for refund.
  5. This service is not eligible for Checked-in tickets. For passengers who have checked in online, please visit "Online Check-in" to cancel check-in before requesting an Online Refund.
  6. Tickets that are eligible for "STARLUX Flights Status Change Notification & Handling Guideline for Bookings Change" or "Customer Service Plan - 24 hours Refund for Flights to or from the U.S. ". Please visit "Refund Application" to request for refund with refund fee exemption.
